SHe Arises is a transformational empowerment initiative under Women of Purpose International designed to help women grow intentionally, stay accountable, and be recognised for excellence in their personal, professional, and community impact journey. It combines structured development, guided tasks, mentorship, and ongoing support with a powerful end-of-year awards programme that celebrates outstanding women across different countries.
How It Works
SHe Arises is a structured women’s development and accountability programme that equips women to take consistent steps toward growth and purpose. Participants are given practical tasks, guided challenges, and development goals tailored to their personal and professional journey.
Women are not only empowered—they are supported, tracked, and encouraged throughout their journey.
1. Registration & Onboarding
Women join the programme and are introduced to their development pathway, expectations, and support systems.
2. Assigned Growth Tasks
Participants receive monthly or weekly tasks designed to build:
- Leadership skills
- Personal discipline
- Emotional and spiritual growth
- Professional development
- Community engagement
3.Monitoring & Accountability
Progress is tracked through check-ins, feedback sessions, and mentor support to ensure consistent growth and engagement.
4. Mentorship & Support
Women are guided by mentors and support teams who provide encouragement, coaching, and practical advice throughout the journey.
5. Recognition & Awards
At the end of the year, outstanding participants are celebrated through national and international award ceremonies.
