Migrant Women Support Services
At Women of Purpose International (WoPI), we provide dedicated support for migrant women living in the UK, helping them to settle, integrate, and thrive.
As part of our wider mission to empower women across the physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and relational areas of life, we recognise that migrant women often face unique challenges that require targeted and practical support.
Who This Service Is For
This service is designed for women who have moved to the UK, including those on Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) visas, who may be experiencing:
- Isolation and lack of community
- Work-related pressure and long hours
- Limited understanding of their rights and available support
- Emotional stress, anxiety, or mental health challenges
- Difficulty adjusting to a new environment
Our Approach
We understand that many migrant women may feel afraid to seek help, unsure of where to start, overwhelmed by pressures, or disconnected from community.
Our roadmap is:
- Safe and confidential: Protection first always
- Culturally sensitive: Deeply inclusive to your background
- Practical: Simple and easy to understand
- Community-led: Highly supportive environment
We meet women where they are and walk alongside them at their pace.

CoS Women Support Hub
We are launching a 6-month pilot programme focused on supporting women on Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) visas across the UK.
This programme will:
- Provide a safe hub for connection and support
- Deliver structured workshops and discussions
- Focus on mental wellbeing, confidence-building, and life skills
- Support women to understand their rights and access services
- Build long-term peer support networks
* The programme will begin in selected locations and will expand across the UK over time. While the pilot will run for six months, ongoing support will continue beyond the programme, ensuring lasting impact.
Why This Service Matters
Without the right support, migrant women are at risk of long-term isolation, mental health challenges, lack of access to essential services, and reduced confidence.
“Through this service, we aim to break isolation, build confidence, and create strong, supportive communities where women can thrive.”
